We want you to love your ODDLI pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
